Museum of Archaeology in Bolzano- Ötzi

After the sensational finding of the Ice Man "Ötzi" at the Similaun glacier, the Ice Man was in the world news and can now be viewed in the Museum of Archaeology in Bolzano.

His life, his clothes, his weapons, and many other archaeologic treasuries from the Ice Age (15,000 B.C) to Karl the Great (800 A.C.) can be observed in the museum.

In addition, the museum also features a vast collection of archaeologic findings.
